How do I know if I should see a therapist?

We all have different reasons for starting therapy. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck or unsure, perhaps something significant has happened, or perhaps you just need a warm, accepting space to talk through what’s on your mind. However you’ve come here, deciding to begin therapy is a step of both willingness and courage.

What issues do you address in therapy?

We discuss whatever you would like to bring in the room, however big or small it may seem. I see a diverse spectrum of clients across backgrounds and areas of concern. Particular areas of interest include relationships of all types, navigating change, identity exploration, anxiety, career, and sports performance.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Sometimes things come up and we need to change our plans. That’s ok. Just let me know of cancellations with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full cost of the appointment.

How do I get started?
